Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns/Refunds
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products once opened. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can make it right. Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Whipped Up.
