Is it okay to use shea butter every day?

Generally speaking, yes, shea butter is suitable for daily use, especially for those with dry skin. If you have sensitive skin, confirm appropriate usage with your dermatologist. 

What is shea butter good for besides skin?

Shea butter isn’t just a skin savior—it’s also great for hydrating dry hair, soothing itchy scalps, and conditioning lips. At Whipped Up, we are working on creating scalp oil, hair shampoo and conditioner, lip balms and much more to help you incorporate shea butter into each of your your self-care routines. 

Are your products 100% All-Natural? 

All of our products start with 100% All-Natural Shea Butter or Shea Nut Oil. We then add the natural butter or oil to various bases, which are specifically researched and chosen with your skin's health in mind. We also add fragrance oils to many of our products that are not labeled as all-natural. Therefore, we cannot guarantee all of our products fully all-natural. If you are looking for a 100% All-Natural option, opt for our Fragrance Free Whipped Shea Butter.

Are your products non-toxic?

Yes! All products are safe for your skin and are non-toxic. We do not use any harsh chemicals/ingredients. If you have allergies of any kind, please double-check the ingredients list on each listing before using.

What's that "nutty" smell in my Shea butter?

Since our 100% All-Natural Shea Butter is raw, unprocessed and whipped at the lowest heat possible to retain its rejuvenating properties, expect to notice its natural scent underneath your choice of fragrance, which adds a light, natural nutty musk. To get the full effect of the fragrance of your butter, opt for our Body Butter collection. 

How long does the fragrance last?

At Whipped Up, we use high quality fragrance oils that are sourced from Bulk Apothecary. After testing., we've found that fragrances can last up to 2 hours when applied to clean, dry skin. 

Shipping and Returns

How long will my order take to process?

Order processing typically takes 2-5 days. We try our best to get your order packed and ready for shipping as soon as we can! You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. 

How long does shipping take?

US shipping typically takes a week or less. Keep in mind that the USPS can get backed up during busy times of the year including holidays. If you have a problem with order delivery, contact us first at whippedupsheabutter@gmail.com 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to serving a broader range of customers in the future.

What is the return policy?

To ensure skincare products are not returned used, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us. Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Whipped Up. Orders cannot be cancelled.
